I believe in working across sectors, ideologies and lived experiences and working through the tensions that occur in groups, teams, organizations and communities. I have advised non-profit executives, elected officials, private sector leaders and community leaders on how best to navigate tensions caused by crisis or a desire to change their approach to aligning interest, resources and missions to solve problems at the magnitude they exist.
